Caitlin & Aidan's Shetland Museum Wedding

Caitlin and Aidan married on 6th August and it's not often that we get a wedding plus a bit of a newborn photoshoot rolled into one, but today was that day! Baby Eli was just a few weeks old and clearly the apple of his family's eye - he was an absolute charmer all day. Aidan and the gang were an easy-going bunch looking sharp in their suits and we popped out and about between rain showers from their base in Nesting to capture some images featuring Gletness. Then we headed across to Gulberwick for some shots with the girls before the ceremony at the Shetland Museum and Archives. Congratulations to the happy couple!

Memorable photographic moment: Capturing the new mum and dad with baby Eli, as the new Mr and Mrs at the end of their marriage ceremony, was a really special moment for me, and I hope will be a special memory for the three of them to look back on, with Caitlin's veil and the flowing fabric of the curtain across the natural light coming in through the window gave little Eli an angelic look, and Caitlin and Aidan's faces look so full of pride. A really lovely moment!
