Friday 3rd April heralded a much anticipated ‘Good Friday’ for Clare Pearson and William Coghill. With a day of fine weather and some creative photo ideas from Clare, which I was happy to accommodate, the day got off to a splendid start with a shoot with the groom and best men in Tingwall followed by a trip up to Vidlin to Clare’s family home to capture some images of the bride, her bridesmaid and bridesman.

Clare and William married at Busta House Hotel followed by a meal and laid-back evening in the Long Room. On Saturday came an evening of dancing to First Foot Soldiers at the Vidlin Hall, adorned with fairy lights and blackboards, many of which were decorated by Clare’s primary school pupils.

I hope you enjoy having a glimpse of some of the images from the day – it really was a great weekend; photographic and otherwise!
