Worldwide Photo Walk 2014 (Shetland Leg) Review

This year I hosted the Shetland leg of the annual Worldwide Photo Walk.  Our theme this year was ‘The Lanes of Lerwick’.

There was a great turnout on the day with fourteen keen photographers coming out on a Saturday afternoon to enjoy taking pictures.

A special thank you to James Tait of Island Trails who provided a historical insight into the areas we were covering on the photo walk.

A Flickr group has been set up allowing photo walkers to share images captured on the day; to view this gallery, click here.   I always find it interesting to see how each individual photographer interprets the same situation.  I’m sure you’ll agree that there are some fantastic on show.

Many thanks to everyone who came to this year’s photo and I hope to see you all next year!
